The Maple Hill Subdivision

The Maple Hill Subdivision is located in the southwest portion of Boise, Idaho. Boise is in the east side of the “Treasure Valley”. With a mild four season climate, you’ll find every type of outdoor activity in near proximity: Bogus Basin, whitewater rafting, Tamarack, etc. The area also has several first class golf courses and cultural activities. As the state capital, Boise is the seat of most state and federal agencies as well as the regional homes of the Veterans Administration, Saint Luke’s and Saint Alphonsus healthcare systems and the Mountain States Tumor Institute. The Boise school district is noted for its state testing scores.

Major employers in the area are the State Government, Boise State University, Hewlett-Packard, and Micron Electronics. Boise Tourism also accounts for many employment opportunities in the area. Agriculture and the hundreds of other significant businesses provide the Boise area with a well diversified economy as well as access to goods and services usually found only in metropolitan mega-cities. The Maple Hill Subdivision is also well known in the Boise area for its superb location near transportation intersections with easy access to the airport, the downtown ‘connector’, interstate 84 and the main boulevards. This allows for less than a ten minutes commute time to the airport; fifteen minutes to downtown, and forty-eight minutes to Bogus Basin.
